"Since Melissa Hines, a doctor of physical therapy, founded Wellest in 2016, the practice has been a leader in pelvic health in Boston and nationally.

Wellest was inspired by Hines’ long-standing autoimmune conditions that opened her eyes to alternative treatments for underserved populations.

Wellest specializes in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction for all genders throughout all stages of life. They believe in assessing the whole person and getting to the root cause of their symptoms. Patients spend a full one-on-one hour with the practitioners—physical therapists and a nurse practitioner—in a serene clinic setting.

Patients come to Wellest seeking relief from pelvic, low back, and hip pain, pregnancy and postpartum care, urinary, bowel, and sexual dysfunctions, reproductive dysfunction, and hypermobility spectrum disorders."
